Free Talk English Class

Service Description

In this ongoing free-talk class, students will practice speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills in English. This class is perfect for ESL/ELL students looking for a weekly study opportunity to brush up on their English. This class is for intermediate students. Each week, there will be a theme and we will discuss vocabulary and sentence structures related to the theme. Sometimes games and videos will be played in class pertaining to the lesson. Students will be asked questions and they will be given worksheets after payment is made. Students can join any class session because each session is independent of the others. This class is fun and engaging and will be a great way for students to gain confidence in speaking, listening, reading, and writing in English. Learning goal: By the end of each class, students will be able to recite and identify vocabulary and practice simple sentences related to the topic. Homework: Homework is assigned but not mandatory. The assignments will be done outside of class for extra practice for those who want to complete the assignments. The homework shouldn't take more than 10 minutes to complete. Materials list: Students don't have to bring anything to class. However, if a student wants to take notes I encourage some paper and a writing utensil to be brought to class. Pre-skills: Students should be at least at an A.2-B.1 level in English. The class may be too difficult for students who are below this level. This class may not be challenging enough for advanced students. Technical issues and cancellations. Parents understand that if they have technical problems during class, it is their sole responsibility and no refund will be issued. Parents understand they must cancel a class at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the class.
