Service Description

Holmes Tutoring is partnering with the Every Child Reads initiative to bring a web-based reading program into schools and homes free of charge! According to Every Child Reads (ECR), research on the Science of Reading has shown that every child can be taught to read if they have a curriculum that teaches phonemic awareness, phonics, oral reading fluency, vocabulary, and reading comprehension. The program, Funnix, has all the components of reading embedded, guaranteeing that students will reach growth over time. In this course we ask for commitment, a quiet environment, and effective internet connection in order for you to gain the most from this reading group. We tutors are dedicated to seeing your growth.

Cancellation Policy

Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged. Visit the FAQ's page on the website for more information. All scheduled sessions are in CST unless otherwise stated. If this is your first time booking a session, please schedule a consultation FIRST! All consultations are free of charge.
